About the Role
The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and promoting long-term business partnerships. This role involves regular communication, follow-ups, onboarding support, and ensuring clients maximize the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and follow-up calls.
Ensure timely resolution of client issues, inquiries, and complaints.
Assist with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand how to use the product or service effectively.
Provide training sessions or coordinate demos with the technical team.
Monitor client adoption and usage to identify challenges or areas for improvement.
Track client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to improve retention.
Collect feedback and communicate insights to internal teams.
Manage renewal processes and ensure contract continuity.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional features or services.
Present solutions that align with client needs and business goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account history.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client health, issues, and retention rates.
Escalate major client issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 1–3 years experience in customer service, client management, or sales.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong time management and ability to handle multiple clients at once.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
